How do we protect your information?
We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers on our servers. Payment card information is entered directly into secure, encrypted fields provided by our payment processor, which handles and stores that data on our behalf in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. All transactions are processed through this gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our own servers. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. All sensitive information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
Yes. Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to support advertising. We use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Ads conversion tracking, which measures ad campaign effectiveness. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which tracks page visits and on-site interactions (such as button clicks) to help measure and improve Facebook/Instagram ad performance. We also use HubSpot for marketing analytics and forms, and The Trade Desk for advertising measurement. These tools may begin collecting data as soon as you load our site. Blocking these will not affect your ability to browse the site or place an order.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including choosing to be warned each time a cookie is sent or blocking cookies entirely. Note that most browsers no longer separate cookies from other browser storage, so blocking all site data will disable the essential functions described above along with the optional ones.
Third-party disclosure

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Third-party advertising
We work with third-party advertising and analytics vendors — including Google, Meta (Facebook), HubSpot, and The Trade Desk — who use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to our site and other websites (interest-based/retargeting advertising) and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of Google's ad personalization via Google's Ad Settings page, opt out of Meta's ad preferences through your Facebook/Instagram account settings, and opt out of many participating networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following: our Privacy Policy link, which includes the word "Privacy," can easily be found on our home page or the first significant page after entering our website; you will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy page; and you can change your personal information by emailing us, calling us, logging in to your account, or chatting with us.
How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?
Because there is no common industry standard for recognizing browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, our website does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals. We will update this policy if that changes.
COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States, and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur we will notify affected users via email and via in-site notification within 7 business days. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law, including recourse to courts or government agencies.
CAN-SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out penalties for violations. We collect your email address to send information, respond to inquiries, process orders and order updates, send product/service information, and market to our mailing list. To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to: not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses; identify messages as advertisements where reasonable; include our physical business address; monitor any third-party email marketing service for compliance; honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly; and allow users to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of every email.
